How to use your AI Agent
1. Start in your dashboard (recommended)
- Primary path: log in to your account -> My Agent -> Chat.
- Send a plain message first to verify your profile responds.
- Use this path even if you plan to add Telegram/WhatsApp later.
2. Optional channels
- Telegram: open the chat link from your welcome email and press Start.
- WhatsApp: save the provisioned number and send «Hello».
3. Configure behavior
- Set business context and tone in the config section.
- Pick language preference (EN/ES) and model if your plan allows it.
- Save, then send a test prompt to confirm changes.
4. Uploads and safety
- Only upload files you are allowed to process.
- Avoid sharing confidential credentials in chat messages.
- If your profile is suspended, contact support to reactivate.
