We handle the entire migration for you — no downtime, no technical knowledge required on your side. The process: (1) we take a full backup of your existing site and database; (2) we replicate everything on the new server and test it thoroughly using a temporary URL; (3) once you've approved the staging version, we update your DNS records; (4) your site goes live on the new server — the whole switchover typically takes under 60 seconds. We monitor the new environment for 48 hours after migration to catch any edge cases.

Backups run automatically every 24 hours and are stored off-site on a separate infrastructure — not just on the same server as your website. Retention depends on your plan: 14 days (Web Esencial), 30 days (Web Business), or 90 days (Web Premium). To restore a backup, you simply send us a WhatsApp or email specifying the date you want to roll back to. We'll perform the restore and confirm when it's done — typically within 2 hours during business hours. You can also restore individual files or databases if you only need to recover part of your site.

Security is multi-layered: a Web Application Firewall (WAF) blocks malicious traffic before it reaches your site; fail2ban automatically bans IPs that show brute-force behaviour; daily automated malware scans flag suspicious files; SSL/TLS 1.3 encrypts all traffic; PHP is hardened with restricted functions and open_basedir; WordPress installations receive automatic security updates; and real-time server alerts notify us of anomalies 24/7. Web Business also includes monthly redesign plus performance reports, while Web Premium adds weekly performance reports and on-demand design updates.

Response times are guaranteed and vary by plan: Web Esencial guarantees a first response within 8 hours, Web Business within 4 hours with priority handling, and Web Premium within 2 hours with VIP treatment. In practice, urgent issues (site down, security breach) are usually addressed much faster during the day. Support is available via WhatsApp, email, and phone — you reach a real person, not a ticketing system. Critical incidents outside business hours are also attended to via WhatsApp, since we monitor alerts continuously.

Both options work. If you already have a domain registered elsewhere (GoDaddy, Namecheap, dondominio.com, etc.) you simply update the nameservers or DNS A-record to point to our servers — we'll guide you through the exact steps. If you'd prefer us to manage the domain entirely, we can transfer it to our registrar account on your behalf. Domain registration or transfer fees are charged at cost with no markup. We always maintain full domain ownership in your name; you never lose control of your domain.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new pricing takes effect the following billing cycle — we'll migrate any additional resources immediately. Downgrades are also allowed, provided your usage fits within the limits of the lower plan (storage, number of websites, email accounts). There are no penalties or fees for changing plan. If you're unsure which plan fits your needs, we're happy to review your site's current metrics and recommend the right tier before you commit.

There is no lock-in contract. All plans are month-to-month (or year-to-year if you chose annual billing). To cancel, send us a message at least 7 days before your next renewal date and we'll stop the billing immediately. Before you leave, we'll export a full backup of your files, databases and email — delivered as a compressed archive so you can take your data anywhere. We don't believe in holding clients hostage; if we're no longer the right fit, we'll make sure you leave with everything you need.

All primary servers are located within the European Union — specifically in data centres in Germany (Hetzner / Falkenstein) and Spain (OVH Madrid). This means your data never leaves EU jurisdiction, ensuring compliance with GDPR/RGPD. We can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) if required by your privacy policy or legal team. No data is routed through US-based infrastructure, which eliminates any exposure to US surveillance laws like the CLOUD Act.
