Alexa Web Servers (Av. San Borondón 3, Adeje, Tenerife, Spain) operates its own Meta application, internally named AWS Page Autopilot, used exclusively by us to publish content to, and read analytics for, our own Facebook Page. The app is not offered to third-party users and no third-party user data is collected through it.
What data the app processes
- A Page access token, stored encrypted on our own server in Spain, used only to publish and read analytics for our own Page.
- Identifiers of the posts the app has published (post ID, permalink, publication time) and which source article each post came from.
- Aggregate engagement metrics for those posts, such as reach, reactions and clicks.
We do not collect, store or process data belonging to visitors, followers or any other person through this application.
How to request deletion
- Email info@alexawebservers.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
- Tell us which Meta profile or Page the request concerns, and which data you want deleted.
- We confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.
How to revoke access immediately
You can remove our application’s access to your Meta account at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find the app → Remove. This revokes the access token immediately and no further data can be read or published.
