Everything in the Starter plan plus no cap on monthly cart volumes, optional SMS recovery via Twilio when email is not enough, a configurable minimum cart value threshold so you only chase carts worth chasing, and bilingual email templates in English and Spanish.

The three-step sequence (30 minutes, 3 hours, 24 hours) fires per cart, not per customer — if someone abandons twice in the same week, both get their own sequence. Deduplication is built in at the cart-key level so the same cart never gets two step-one emails.

SMS fires on the first step only, as a parallel channel alongside the email, when you have Twilio credentials configured. It sends a short plain-text message with the cart URL. If Twilio is not configured, the system falls back to email only.

What you need to bring: SMTP credentials, and optionally your Twilio account SID, auth token, and phone number for SMS.
