WooCommerce does not tell you when a potential customer fills a cart and then walks away — it just quietly empties it. This plan watches for that. Every time someone at your shop adds products to their cart and leaves without completing the order, the recovery sequence starts automatically.

Thirty minutes after they leave, they get a short reminder. Three hours later, a follow-up. Twenty-four hours in, a final note before the cart is cleared. Each email uses their name and lists exactly what they left behind, with a direct link back to checkout. The moment they complete a purchase, the sequence stops — no awkward messages after someone already bought.

You bring your SMTP credentials and configure the sender name and email at your account settings page. The system handles the rest: detecting the abandoned cart, timing the sends, tracking which emails went out, and closing the loop on conversion.

What you need to bring: your outbound SMTP host, user, and password. That is it — no plugins to install on your own site, no WooCommerce extensions required.
