1. Service \/ Servicio<\/h3>\n

EN:<\/strong> The service is a managed AI agent operated on shared infrastructure with logical per-client isolation. Each client has separate configuration, conversation history, memory, and skills. The service is not hard-isolated at the OS\/container level.

2. Billing & renewal \/ Facturaci\u00f3n y renovaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n

  • EN:<\/strong> Monthly plan: \u20ac16\/month. Annual plan: \u20ac120\/year. Plans renew automatically on the billing date unless cancelled before renewal.<\/li>\n
  • ES:<\/strong> Plan mensual: 16 \u20ac\/mes. Plan anual: 120 \u20ac\/a\u00f1o. Los planes se renuevan autom\u00e1ticamente en la fecha de cobro salvo cancelaci\u00f3n previa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Payment failures \/ Impagos<\/h3>\n

    • EN:<\/strong> If payment fails, reminders are sent before any service action. The agent is frozen after 14 days unpaid and deleted after 30 days unpaid unless the balance is settled first.<\/li>\n

        6. Data & backups \/ Datos y copias<\/h3>\n

        EN:<\/strong> Client data remains the client’s property. Daily backups are retained up to 30 days. Data export can be requested at any time. Service data is deleted from active systems immediately on deletion and from backups within the retention window.

        EN:<\/strong> AI output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before important use. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the recent service period, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
